Michael Kleindl is Co-founder and Chairman of the European Interactive Advertising Association since 2001. He Co-founded and was CEO of AdLINK Internet Media AG incl. IPO and M&A of DoubleClick Europe's media business from 1995 to 2003.

Among his investments are Mailprofiler, sold to Schober Information Group; Zanox Hispania, sold to a consortium of Axel Springer AG and Publigroupe S.A.; United MailSolutions AG, sold successfully to Experian Group Ltd.; Trafficking Solutions SL, sold to DQ&A B.V.; Eyewonder Inc., sold to Limelight Networks inc. and BuyVIP S.A. Sold successfully to Amazon Inc.

Currently he is Board Member of Hi-Media S.A. and has investments in Astramedia (Europe's No. 1 digital media company for SMEs), AdCloud, Crossinx and Smartclip among others
